Neutral Density Filters reduce the amount of light reaching the camera sensor, allowing you to more accurately choose your required shutter speed and allowing for properly exposed video.  Matching frames per second and shutter speed is important to achieve a cinematographic effect.

This kit includes 3x ND Neutral Density Filters with varying degrees of darkness, including ND4, ND8 and ND16.
