In 1981, Audi revolutionised the World Rally Championship with the launch of the Quattro. By 1984, they dominated both driver and manufacturer titles. To meet FIA Group B regulations, Audi produced just 200 road-legal Sport Quattro models—shortened for better handling and packing 306PS of power. Only 214 were ever built.
